Compliance
STEC maintains a strong regulatory compliance program that fosters proactive adherence to all requirements from numerous agencies with regulatory jurisdiction including Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), Texas Reliability Entity (TexasRE), Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT), and the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT). Our compliance program ensures that STEC’s transmission system and generation assets are operated in a reliable and stable manner and that the documentation necessary to prove compliance is maintained. The program is managed by a cross-section of knowledgeable, skilled employees who oversee, assess, communicate, track, document, monitor, and enforce compliance with all reliability standards and requirements.
